Buyer seeks to completely redesign its online communication systems to make information easily accessible to residents, businesses, and visitors. Buyer wants a user-friendly, ADA-compliant website with interactive content that adapts to evolving technology. The website must incorporate extensive content management tools, database-driven architecture, and integrate with third-party service providers. Buyer will own all content and be responsible for content management on the redesigned website.
