The software provides network security protection for external web services, including MyTRS, RE Portal, and the main website. The contract term will run from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026.

- 9/1/2025 - Initial Contract Term
- Must be an authorized distributor of Imperva software and maintenance services
- Provide Imperva App Protect Professional with 50Mbps Base Plan
- Supply Enterprise Services for App Protect Professional
- Deliver Edge Load Balancing Add-on for App Protect
- Configure Add-on sites for Enterprise Services
- Add applications to App Protect Essentials/Professional/Enterprise
- Ensure all license keys are delivered by start date
- Maintain Imperva web-application firewall security for TRS websites
- Respond to TRS staff questions within two business days
- Provide written notice of any service performance issues
- Develop action plans to resolve any service issues
