Buyer seeks digital communication training, simulations training, and command and control (C2) expertise at Fort Leonard Wood. The contract type is anticipated to be firm-fixed price with a base period and 4 option periods. All contractors must maintain favorable T1 clearance. This is a continuation of services currently being fulfilled through contract W911S7-21-C-0006.

• Ability to obtain and maintain T1 clearance for employees
• Experience in similar requirements (size, scope, complexity)
• Ability to perform 50% of contract work as prime

• Provide digital communication training
• Deliver simulations training
• Offer command and control (C2) expertise
• Maintain T1 security clearance for all personnel
• Manage subcontractor team if applicable
• Support professional development training
• Ensure compliance with 8(a) Set-Aside requirements
• Maintain data center support services
• Perform at least 50% of contract work as prime
• Provide expertise in military digital systems
