• Regularly engaged in roof consulting in Virginia for at least five years
• Experience with minimum 3,000,000 SF per year of roof replacement design
• Minimum 6,000,000 SF of roof surveying over last three years
• Staffed with qualified Registered Roof Consultant (RRC)
• Staffed with qualified Registered Roof Observer (RRO)

• Analyze condition and performance of existing roof systems
• Prepare complete contract documents for roofing projects
• Provide roof design including CAD drawings and specifications
• Perform quality assurance with Registered Roof Consultants
• Conduct roof inspections and moisture intrusion surveys
• Develop budgets and cost estimates for roof projects
• Provide construction administration services
• Conduct non-destructive roof moisture surveys
• Perform asbestos sampling, testing and reporting
• Provide roof system maintenance training and warranty claim assistance
