Buyer seeks a qualified parking management contractor to provide operational services for three university-owned parking garages in downtown Denver. The services include customer management, maintaining field and administrative operations, and providing financial reporting. Garages serve university faculty/staff, residents, and external customers like Hotel Teatro and Gates Foundation. Contractor will be responsible for maximizing revenue while maintaining quality service for all user groups.

• Experience managing parking operations for Higher Education or public sector clients
• Experience managing parking operations in Denver Central Business District
• Experience managing parking garages serving multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience auditing garages for code compliance
• Experience advising clients on best practices and sustainability improvements
• Demonstrated success in increasing parking revenue through marketing and technology

• Serve as primary contact for prospective and existing parkers
• Provide 24/7 support for garage access issues
• Support special events parking
• Manage garage maintenance and recommend equipment purchases
• Collaborate with security to police garage and issue citations
• Perform all accounting and billing functions for parking auxiliary
• Market garages to university and outside communities
• Recommend parking rate adjustments and revenue opportunities
• Manage parking agreements with third-party users
• Provide monthly and annual financial statements
