• Completed Drug-Free Workplace Affidavit
• Minimum of five years experience providing similar services

• Provide comprehensive land recording software with indexing and scanning capabilities
• Implement receipting and payment processing system supporting multiple payment methods
• Develop searchable database for staff and public access to records
• Create website hosting for public-facing document searches and research
• Implement artificial intelligence system for assisted document indexing
• Provide document barcode implementation and tracking system
• Design system for bulk data downloads for external and internal customers
• Establish comprehensive reporting tools for workflow monitoring and auditing
• Develop fraud alert system for public document monitoring
