Buyer is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional development services across various educational content areas. Services will be utilized on an as-needed basis for district staff. Buyer will award to a single exclusive vendor or to multiple vendors as determined through the proposal evaluation process. The contract will be for one year with the option for four one-year extensions.

• Supply documentation of expertise and qualifications
• Provide pricing and supplemental materials information
• Deliver presentations in targeted content areas
• Issue continuing professional education (CPE) units if registered
• Customize professional development to district needs
• Comply with contract and billing requirements
