Buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide website accessibility consulting services. The primary task is remediation of non-HTML content such as PDFs to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. The vendor will also provide training and guidance to help buyer's staff create accessible content. Services must enable compliance with Department of Justice's final rule updating ADA Title II regulations by April 2026.

• Staff must have qualified expertise in website accessibility and WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements

• Remediate non-HTML content (PDFs, Word docs, Excel files) to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Provide training on creating accessible electronic documents for web content
• Develop documentation and best practices for website accessibility
• Offer guidance for ongoing accessibility compliance
• Perform website compliance testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Provide project management for accessibility implementation
• Remediate approximately 500 electronic documents with estimated 10,000 pages
• Help confirm website meets DoJ's ADA Title II requirements
• Serve as single point of contact for accessibility consulting
• Provide emergency support for accessibility issues during contract term
