Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to develop and execute a plan for gathering customer feedback on the agency's forthcoming Digital Strategy. The vendor will conduct focus groups to collect qualitative research about customer attitudes, behaviors, and needs regarding the buyer's digital tools. This research will inform the strategic direction of the digital product roadmap by developing use cases, understanding customer decision-making, and prioritizing features. The contract is for one year with two one-year extension options.

- Gather qualitative customer feedback on digital strategy
