Buyer requires Rapid7 Managed Threat Complete (MTC) Advanced/Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services for one year. Buyer currently utilizes Rapid7 services and no implementation or professional services are required. The contract covers 800 assets and buyer desires to maintain the existing period of performance from July 1 through June 30 annually.

• Must be an authorized Rapid7 partner/dealer

• Provide Rapid7 MTC Advanced/MDR services
• Maintain security monitoring for 800 assets
• Deliver threat detection capabilities
• Support managed detection and response activities
• Act as authorized Rapid7 partner/dealer
• Maintain existing July 1-June 30 performance period
• Provide advanced threat detection services
• Deliver managed security response services
• Supply Rapid7 licensing and support
• Ensure continuous security monitoring
