Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive IT and consulting services across multiple town facilities. Services include 24/7/365 critical systems monitoring, security management, technical support, and strategic planning. Buyer requires support for specialized systems including public safety software and emergency response capabilities. The contract will initially be for one year with potential extension for two additional years.

• Experience with CJIS requirements and protocols
• Experience with IMC and CSI Technology public safety software
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance
• Experience with fire alarm radio box interfaces
• Experience with mobile computing platforms

• Provide 24/7/365 monitoring of servers and network infrastructure
• Maintain IT asset inventory and develop lifecycle management recommendations
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and threat monitoring
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for users
• Develop and test backup and disaster recovery plans
• Assist with strategic IT planning and budgeting
• Support CJIS compliance and public safety software
• Perform security audits and respond to potential breaches
• Set up new users and manage user accounts
• Provide emergency IT support during disasters
