  • Certified Universal Pre-Kindergarten Teachers with credentials and resumes
  • Financial solvency
  • Adequate insurance coverage
  • Provide full day (6.5 hour) prekindergarten program for 90 four-year-olds
  • Implement age and developmentally appropriate curriculum focused on language and cognitive skills
  • Provide early literacy and mathematics instruction
