• Implement cloud-based or on-premise comprehensive financial system
• Configure core financials including GL, purchasing, AP/AR
• Set up payroll with time tracking and employee self-service
• Integrate permitting and inspections with public-facing portals
• Configure project accounting for capital and departmental projects
• Integrate utility billing with Tantalus AMI system
• Develop robust reporting with ad-hoc capabilities and dashboards
• Perform data conversion from gWorks and CUSI systems
• Provide training for approximately 7 primary users
• Establish ongoing maintenance and support services
