Buyer seeks a vendor to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership training program for three leadership levels within the Department. The program includes needs assessment, developing a training plan, and delivering 4-6 courses for each leadership level. Buyer requires on-site training delivery with virtual components as appropriate. The successful vendor must transfer ownership of all training materials to the buyer for future use.
