Buyer is seeking solutions for Google Workspace for Education, with two options available. Option 1 is for Google Workspace for Education Standard with advanced security features for 14,500 licenses. Option 2 is for Google Workspace for Education Plus with more comprehensive security features. The term is for 3 years, with funding contingent on the USAC Cybersecurity Pilot Program. Buyer will procure and pay for goods and services in their entirety in year one.

• Implement Google Workspace for Education Standard or Plus licenses
• Provide security dashboard with threat visibility
• Implement AI-powered email threat protection against phishing and malware
• Configure multi-factor authentication for Google services
• Set up data loss prevention with context-aware policies
• Implement audit and investigation tools for monitoring user activity
• Configure client-side encryption for email and files (Plus option)
• Set up enhanced analytics and reporting with data visualization
• Implement enhanced administrative controls with built-in approvals
• Configure user and device management features
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and COPPA regulations
• Utilize USAC Cybersecurity Pilot Program funding processes
• Implement Service Provider Invoice (SPI) billing method
• Maintain confidentiality of district telecommunications information
• Retain all program records for at least ten years
• Protect district data according to FCC rules and Texas Public Information Act
• Support FERPA compliance for student information protection
• Submit proper documentation for USAC Cybersecurity Pilot Program
• Integrate with existing district security infrastructure
• Provide ongoing support during the 3-year term
