• Must be a current Master Contractor under COTS 2012 contract 060B2490021
• Must be an authorized reseller for Atlassian
• Must provide password-protected bid submission

• Provide Atlassian Jira Data Center 200 User Tier license renewal
• Supply additional 100 user licenses to existing subscription
• Ensure software is delivered virus-free
• Submit MSRP screenshot with bid proposal
• Provide all licensing agreements and terms for review
• Ensure subscription covers July 27, 2025 - July 26, 2026 period
• Password-protect bid submission documents
• Maintain pricing validity for 90 days after submission
• Provide estimated shipping date/lead time for software
• Agree to no restocking fees for returns
• Supply only new and unused software
• Submit proper invoicing documentation
• Be an authorized Atlassian reseller
• Provide Letter of Authorization from manufacturer if requested
• Comply with COMAR 21.05.13.06 requirements
• Follow detailed electronic bid submission instructions
• Email password separately after bid due date
• Bill annual services on anniversary of first year's invoice
• Respond to all bid specifications completely
• Complete proper invoicing within 30 days of acceptance
