Buyer seeks a contractor for a pilot project to provide low-water landscapes for income-qualified water customers. The project will involve installing landscapes in front yards of five single-family properties, limited to 1,000 square feet each. Buyer's Water Conservation staff will design the landscape plans and work closely with the contractor. The goal is to enhance properties while educating homeowners about low-water landscape maintenance.

- Install mulch up to 8 cubic yards
- Install breeze/gravel fines up to 3 tons
- Install drip irrigation systems with timers and backflow preventers
- Purchase and install perennials and shrubs for 500 square feet
- Install roll top steel edging if needed
- Work with Water Conservation staff on landscape designs
- Complete installations on five properties between May-September 2025
- Provide itemized service lists for each property
