• Provide perforated documents with detachable remittance portions
• Process and mail notices within 24 hours of receiving data
• Utilize USPS sorting and bar coding to reduce mailing costs
• Transfer files using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) via internet connection
• Track 100% of pieces through production and mailing
• Provide daily and monthly mailing documentation reports
• Reprocess and mail any notices damaged during manufacturing
• Handle return service requests with new addresses for undeliverable mail
