• Experience providing services to formerly incarcerated individuals
• History providing reintegration assistance to formerly incarcerated individuals
• Existing service delivery location within service area
• Demonstrated history with job development and job placement

• Provide job readiness services to formerly incarcerated individuals
• Conduct employment retention follow-up monthly for one year
• Develop relationships with employers willing to hire ex-offenders
• Create resumes and cover letters for program participants
• Deliver budgeting workshops to improve financial literacy
• Assist participants with job applications and interview preparation
• Help address criminal record issues during job search
• Identify education goals and assist with enrollment in educational programs
• Arrange temporary work experiences or try-out employment opportunities
• Verify and track employment retention for 12 months
• Conduct vocational assessments to identify aptitudes and needs
• Help participants apply for financial aid grants and scholarships
• Contact at least 3 new potential employers monthly
• Support on-the-job training arrangements with employers
• Enter data into Salesforce within two business days
• Assist participants in obtaining work supplies and clothing
• Connect participants with affordable housing solutions
• Provide guidance on realistic job choices and search methods
• Arrange practice interviews for participants
• Coordinate services to help participants achieve economic stability
