Buyer is seeking a qualified engineering and conservation landscaping firm to design, plan, and transform the McKeldin Courtyard into a therapeutic pollinator garden. The project includes site assessment, master plan development, demolition, construction, and landscape installation. Contractor will be responsible for creating an environmentally sustainable, restorative outdoor space that provides therapeutic benefits for patients, staff, and visitors. The goal is to create a functional garden with native plants that support pollinators.

• Provide one or more references with Attachment L Reference Checks

• Conduct comprehensive site assessment including environmental conditions and stormwater management
• Develop master plan integrating therapeutic design elements and native plantings
• Create detailed construction drawings and stormwater management solutions
• Remove existing concrete surfaces and prepare site for installation
• Install ADA-compliant walkways, seating areas, and shade structures
• Provide and install native plant species for pollinator habitat
• Implement bioengineered soil to improve water filtration
• Ensure plant establishment through proper soil preparation
• Conduct project management and regular progress reporting
• Provide maintenance recommendations for long-term sustainability
