Buyer seeks a qualified organization to provide parenting skills training services to strengthen families and prevent child abuse. Services will help parents acquire and improve skills to become effective parents, avoid foster care placement, and facilitate child reunification. The program must serve approximately 100 individual parents annually throughout Dutchess County. Buyer requires an evidence-based program that demonstrates best practices in providing these services.

• In operation for at least one year
• Office in Dutchess County by 7/1/2025
• Three years experience providing parenting/education services
• Culturally sensitive to participant needs

• Provide evidence-based parenting skills training program
• Conduct group parenting classes with maximum 12 participants
• Document parent skill acquisition with assessment tools
• Make home visits to observe skill utilization
• Maintain detailed case records and progress notes
• Provide childcare during program sessions
• Ensure services are culturally competent and trauma-informed
• Provide flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
• Demonstrate measurable improvement in parenting skills
• Issue certificates upon successful program completion
