Buyer is seeking proposals for Drupal Content Management System support, development, and maintenance services. The selected partner will provide subject matter expertise and development services to maintain security and enhance functionality of the County's Drupal website. The contract includes at least 80 hours per month of Drupal developer support for routine maintenance, enhancements, bug fixes and projects. The contract duration is 36 months with one option to renew for 24 months.

• Minimum five years operating in production environment supporting government customers
• Minimum three years experience implementing proposed solutions
• Completed at least three successful implementations for similar government agencies
• Registered, active, and in good standing with sam.gov

• Maintain Drupal platform security through regular core and module updates
• Provide 24/7 support for emergencies and critical problems
• Upgrade CKEditor 4 to CKEditor 5
• Upgrade platform to Drupal 11
• Implement multi-language solution to replace Google Translate
• Transition domain from smcgov.org to sanmateocounty.gov
• Migrate website to new hosting provider
• Maintain WCAG accessibility compliance
• Optimize system and application performance
• Address reported bugs and document resolution
