Buyer seeks a qualified entity to provide comprehensive job readiness workshops and career services for WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker program participants. Services include delivering virtual group training sessions offering different tracks from essential employment concepts through advanced job search methods. The program requires curriculum development and delivery of workshops covering resume writing, interviewing skills, LinkedIn training, and workplace reintegration. Contract term is 12 months with possibility of two one-year renewals.

• 5/13/2025 - Deadline for Exceptions and Inquiries
• 5/14/2025 - Response to written questions/last Addenda
• 5/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/1/2025 - Contract Start Date

• Extensive background in designing curriculum and delivering job readiness workshops
• Experience with WIOA or similar programs
• Not debarred or suspended from federal/state contracting
• Valid DUNS number and not ineligible on System for Award Management

• Design curriculum and deliver Essential Employment Concepts workshop series
• Develop and facilitate LinkedIn training for job search and networking
• Create and conduct Boot Camp for soft skills and interview preparation
• Provide referrals to mental health and substance abuse counseling
• Deliver Re-Engagement workshops for participants with criminal backgrounds
• Create interactive and participatory training experiences
• Incorporate participant feedback through surveys for continuous improvement
• Develop all training materials for workshop attendees
• Create promotional literature for participant marketing
• Schedule and coordinate workshop sessions with Kane County staff
