• Professional consultants with PHAB accreditation experience
• Experience working with PHAB-accredited state or large county health departments
• Must be an approved vendor in Alabama systems
• Must provide references and examples of PHAB-related work

• Plan and schedule development of key PHAB-required plans and documents
• Evaluate and update existing key PHAB-required plans
• Create and manage a performance management system
• Conduct stakeholder engagement meetings for PHAB strategies
• Lead meetings with team leads, partners, and staff
• Identify and manage documents required for PHAB standards
• Guide the department in meeting unfulfilled measures
• Maintain document management system for PHAB standards
• Coach document review and finalization for PHAB submission
• Reestablish and update the Quality Improvement program
• Develop Quality Improvement projects
• Coordinate accreditation activities with ADPH Coordinator
• Assist in drafting PHAB annual reports
• Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings
