Buyer requires professional IT services to support approximately 75 people located in Colorado Springs, CO. Services include help desk support, system administration, network security, certification and accreditation, and hardware/software maintenance across unclassified, secret, and TS-SCI classification levels. Buyer needs support for special application/special access programs and requires personnel with appropriate security clearances. The contract includes one 9-month base period with three 12-month option periods.

• Manage consolidated job control/help desk function across multiple network security levels
• Administer and maintain systems on UNIX and Windows OS
• Develop system architecture, technical solutions and installation records
• Implement security controls for classified and unclassified networks
• Perform vulnerability testing and risk analysis for certification/accreditation
• Configure and maintain audio/visual and VTC capabilities
• Maintain COMSEC materials and cryptographic equipment
• Administer Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAPP, and PowerAutomate platforms
• Create and maintain web-based knowledge management portals
• Provide hardware/software inventory management and technical refresh support
