• Identify target tourism markets with specific strategies and objectives
• Create performance measures for tourism marketing campaigns
• Develop strategies to maximize limited tourism marketing funds
• Purchase and deploy tourism marketing media with staff approval
• Monitor effectiveness of purchased tourism media placements
• Provide quarterly reports evaluating performance of media placements
• Include KPIs like click-through rates and return on ad spend
• Submit initial media purchasing plan within 60 days of contract execution
