Buyer is seeking vendors to provide Next Generation Firewall Products and Services across three campuses. The services include firewall products, premium support, service subscriptions, professional services, and training services. Buyer requires solutions compatible with existing Palo Alto infrastructure connecting multiple data centers and Internet gateways. The contract will be for one year with four possible one-year renewals.

• Must be a top-tier support partner for proposed solution
• Preferably a Palo Alto partner
• Minimum five years' experience with next-gen firewalls in universities
• Must be certified reseller for all products and services
• Must provide transparent, line-by-line pricing documentation

• Provide Next-Generation Firewall products compatible with existing Palo Alto infrastructure
• Supply premium product support throughout the contract term
• Deliver service subscriptions for firewall management
• Perform professional services for firewall implementation and configuration
• Conduct training for University staff (16 hours minimum)
• Support perimeter firewalls connecting Internet gateways through border networks
• Implement data center firewalls connecting to campus network at 100G
• Configure secure enclave firewalls for remote access networks
• Set up remote access VPN handling approximately 500 clients
• Install and configure monitoring and logging appliances
