Buyer seeks to develop municipal signage design guidelines to improve consistency, clarity, and durability throughout Shelby Township. The project includes creating design standards for welcome signs, wayfinding signs, and park signs. These guidelines will provide design direction for all future sign replacements and proposed signage projects. The goal is to create a seamless experience for users with a unified wayfinding system that represents the unique character of Shelby Township.

• Fabricate pre-aged corten steel panels with wave designs
• Install concrete bases with reinforced footings at 42" depth
• Implement edge-lit channel letters for prominent signage

• Design signs allowing for future information updates
• Ensure reflective finishes on critical directional information
• Incorporate uplighting options where electrical access is available

• Apply matte laminate with UV protection for graphics
