Buyer is seeking MBE Certified vendors to provide ArcGIS ESRI Software Maintenance Renewal for fiscal year 2026. The selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. Buyer prefers suppliers on a State Term Schedule, though non-STS suppliers may be considered if fewer than three STS suppliers provide qualifying bids. All bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer to provide the products.

• 5/22/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be MBE Certified vendor
• Must be authorized by manufacturer to provide products
• State Term Schedule suppliers preferred

• Provide ESRI ArcGIS software maintenance renewal
• Match or offer lower pricing than State Term Schedule contract
• Submit bid in Ohio Buys prescribed format
• Include PDF copy of bid on company letterhead
• Provide vendor email and contact number
• Ensure bid remains valid for minimum 90 days
• Demonstrate authorization from manufacturer to provide products
