• Develop a Climate Action Analysis Report based on community research and survey data
• Create annual Marketing and Engagement Plans focused on climate action behaviors
• Design creative assets including graphics, photography, curriculum, and games
• Conduct statistically significant surveys of residents and commuters
• Identify audience segments with greatest potential for behavioral change
• Develop messaging strategies for climate action education campaigns
• Monitor and measure behavior change against established baselines
• Create engagement strategies including community conversations and activation events
• Present findings to County staff and Environmental Sustainability Board
• Produce monthly and annual evaluation reports measuring campaign success
