Buyer seeks to establish contracts with multiple qualified online course providers as part of the Illinois Virtual Course Program. This program will provide Local Education Agencies with a choice of online courses from several service providers. Providers will deliver full-service core academic courses, electives, Advanced Placement, credit recovery, and dual credit courses. All courses must be taught by Illinois-licensed instructors and align with appropriate standards.

• 12/1/2023 - Annual course listing submission
• 5/22/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Five years experience with online learning and K-12 learners
• Instructors must have appropriate Illinois educator licensing
• Course completion rates of 75% or better
• Two years experience working with K-12 school districts

• Provide online courses aligned to Illinois Learning Standards
• Utilize secure web-based Learning Management System for course delivery
• Offer courses in core academic, credit recovery, AP, and dual credit areas
• Ensure courses meet digital learning performance standards
• Provide Illinois-licensed instructors for all courses
• Create detailed course descriptions with requirements and expectations
• Accommodate students with IEPs and 504 plans
• Maintain course completion rates of at least 75%
• Establish registration webpage with specific withdrawal instructions
• Collect and report comprehensive feedback on course effectiveness
