Buyer seeks qualified applicants to assist the Department of Human Services with conducting trainings related to new initiatives and legislative changes impacting Philadelphia's Child Welfare System. • Master's degree in Social Work or Human Services field
• Minimum five years' experience in child welfare
• Experience with providing training and technical assistance
• Excellent writing, problem-solving, planning and organizing skills
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Understanding of child welfare competencies
• Knowledge of Federal and State guidance impacting DHS
• Knowledge of organizational change
• Understanding of Philadelphia Child Welfare System
• Knowledge of IOC model and family engagement practices

• Deliver trainings for Philadelphia's Child Welfare System staff
• Provide technical assistance to reinforce transfer of learning
• Support DHSU in planning and organizing training rollouts
• Facilitate staff professional development sessions
• Deliver curriculum related to new initiatives and legislative changes
• Conduct trainings that support system transformation
• Develop leadership development opportunities within the system
• Foster learning cultures across the child welfare system
• Obtain and maintain required clearances and certifications
• Submit detailed monthly invoices for services provided
