Buyer requires firms with proven expertise across these disciplines to help develop and implement effective sustainability strategies within the community.

• Proven experience in adaptation planning, sustainability, resilience, engineering, and urban planning
• Expertise in vulnerability assessment and biodiversity enhancement
• Experience with natural resource conservation and green stormwater infrastructure
• Strong GIS and data analysis capabilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Develop an Adaptation Plan based on vulnerability assessment
• Create implementation plans with timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• Develop an Urban Forestry Plan to enhance tree canopy
• Create a CRS Watershed Management Plan
• Conduct water audits at selected city facilities
• Perform energy audits at selected city facilities
• Update the Greenhouse Gas Inventory
• Incorporate green stormwater infrastructure into adaptation strategies
• Coordinate with city departments and stakeholders
• Identify funding opportunities including grants and public-private partnerships
