Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide professional Geographic Information System mapping services for sanitary sewer and water utility networks. The selected firm will assist in data collection, mapping, and implementation of a web-based GIS platform. The system must be accessible on multiple devices with the ability for staff to add data. Buyer requires survey-grade GPS collection for approximately 38 miles of sewer lines and 43 miles of water lines.

- Must be properly licensed to practice in Missouri
- Must be enrolled in federal work authorization program (E-Verify)
- Must provide certificate of liability insurance
- Must have experience with Esri technology
- Field verification and data collection for sanitary sewer and water utility assets
- GPS collection using survey-grade RTK technology with +/-2 cm accuracy
- Create up-to-date GIS geodatabase compatible with ESRI's ArcGIS platform
- Develop secure web-based GIS platform with interactive mapping tools
- Map pipes, valves, hydrants, manholes, lift stations and other infrastructure
- Integrate existing as-built drawings, paper maps, and digital records
- Establish metadata standards and quality control measures
- Provide ongoing maintenance, data security, and backup solutions
- Configure tools for querying, analyzing, and visualizing utility data
- Provide training and support for City personnel
