Buyer seeks a managed IT services provider to fully manage and support the city's infrastructure. Buyer has no dedicated IT department and relies entirely on the contracted firm to perform industry-standard management of hardware, software, networks, and security. Services include help desk support, server and workstation management, Microsoft 365 administration, network security, and backup solutions. Remote support is required with occasional onsite visits for hardware issues.

- Provide comprehensive trouble ticketing system with help desk support
- Manage and monitor firewall with hardware updates and configurations
- Manage Windows servers including patching, backup and performance tuning
- Support and maintain network switches and wireless access points
- Manage 20 Windows workstations including antivirus and software updates
- Provision and manage Microsoft 365 licenses and user accounts
- Configure and support Mimecast email security system
- Perform offsite data backups with 17 consecutive hourly backups daily
- Conduct monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations
- Provide business continuity and disaster recovery planning
