The consultant will manage all aspects of the buyer's IT environment including servers, workstations, networks, and security. Services include help desk support, network administration, strategic planning, and emergency response for all borough locations including Police Department, which requires 24/7 support.

• Demonstrate at least five years of experience providing IT services to municipal entities in New Jersey

• Provide on-site and remote IT help desk support
• Manage network administration and security
• Maintain server and backup systems
• Perform cybersecurity protection and threat prevention
• Conduct technology audits and strategic planning
• Configure and troubleshoot software applications
• Provide 24/7 emergency support for critical systems
• Manage software licensing and hardware warranties
• Support physical and virtual server infrastructure
• Recommend IT policies, procedures, and standards
