Buyer is seeking a managed service provider for computer and network maintenance services. Buyer's internal IT staff handles most day-to-day needs, but requires advanced technical support. The provider must deliver remote monitoring, network support, security assessments, disaster recovery assistance, and backup solutions. Services include support for Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, EntraID, InTune, and Azure VM.

• 5/1/2025 - Release Project Date
• 5/12/2025 - Question Submission Deadline
• 5/22/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/30/2025 - Contractor Selection Date

• Minimum three years of experience as an MSP
• Experience with managed SharePoint, EntraID, Intune AutoPilot, and Azure VMs
• Ability to respond to emergencies within required timeframes
• Microsoft Certified Service Engineer for network support

• Provide advanced laptop support and troubleshooting services
• Implement 24/7/365 monitoring of network equipment
• Support Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, EntraID, InTune, Autopilot, and Azure VM
• Provide emergency network support within 4 hours
• Conduct yearly vulnerability and security risk assessments
• Review and update Disaster Recovery Plan
• Provide EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) for the entire network
• Implement backup solutions for Microsoft 365 and servers
• Assign a single point of contact for planning and purchasing
• Review and enhance email configuration with advanced threat protection
