Buyer is seeking a contractor to provide FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) fabrication and installation services according to detailed specifications. The work includes custom furnishings, upholstery, casegoods, carpet, wallcovering, drapery, artwork, and lighting. The contractor must follow strict quality standards for materials and construction methods. All items must be properly flame-proofed, tagged for identification, and meet commercial durability requirements.

• Provide shop drawings for custom furniture items
• Submit fabric and finish samples for approval
• Create prototypes for custom furniture pieces
• Ensure all items meet fire code requirements
• Provide care and maintenance instructions for all items
• Flame-proof fabrics and materials as required by law
• Develop custom finishes to match designer samples
• Submit seaming diagrams for custom patterned carpets
• Manage dye lot consistency across fabric orders
• Provide proper identification/tagging of all items
• Ensure furniture stability and structural integrity
• Provide certification of compliance for flame treatments
• Install wall upholstery with proper pattern matching
• Ensure all lighting fixtures meet UL standards
• Calculate proper weight distribution for ceiling fixtures
• Engineer stone/marble supports for stability and safety
• Coordinate mounting hardware for artwork installation
• Provide moisture content testing for wood components
• Create full-scale detail drawings for casegood construction
• Supply attic stock materials for future maintenance needs
