- Review existing DMAPs and evaluation reports
- Design visual tools and data collection instruments
- Support facilitator in community workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Support convening of DMAP advisory committees
- Analyze current conditions to identify problems and opportunities (SWOT)
- Compile input to draft visions and prioritized actions
- Identify responsible agencies and timeframes for actions
- Establish success measures, targets and milestones
- Prepare multiple drafts of County DMAPs for review
- Design and layout final board-approved County DMAPs
