Buyer seeks a media consultant to brand the Mid-Shore Opioid Misuse Prevention Program initiative and create a social marketing campaign. The project involves creating a regional brand identity and developing a plan for social media campaigns targeting specific populations. The consultant will work collaboratively with the Mid-Shore OMPP Leadership Team to shape messaging and materials. This is phase one of a two-phase process with potential for additional funding in the following fiscal year.

• Experience developing health communication campaigns across multiple platforms
• Experience developing research-based public health messages with evaluation data
• Experience creating campaigns modifiable for local context
• Experience coordinating with experts in co-designing campaigns

• Develop branding including logo and visual identity for Mid-Shore OMPP
• Create website and social media branding guidelines
• Develop branding guidelines for print products
• Create a comprehensive health communication/social marketing campaign workplan
• Collaborate with Mid-Shore OMPP Leadership Team on messaging
• Conduct formative research including audience identification
• Design creative messaging and materials for campaign
• Select appropriate communication channels
• Design pilot testing strategy for materials
• Attend bi-monthly Leadership Team meetings
