• Seven years experience designing program evaluations in health services
• Seven years experience with person-centered services in disability systems
• Seven years experience working with state agencies on person-centered practices
• Legally qualified to do business in California

• Provide ongoing person-centered services training
• Conduct external developmental services assessment
• Identify change opportunities in service delivery
• Evaluate federal and state administrative structures
• Design and facilitate collaborative stakeholder meetings
• Develop person-centered policy recommendations
• Assess employment services for individuals with disabilities
• Identify priority systems change projects
• Facilitate virtual and in-person stakeholder meetings
• Create comprehensive implementation plans
