• Provide monthly subscription for WIC mobile application
• Support 22 languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, and Spanish
• Enable product verification through scanning or alphanumeric searches
• Display user benefit balance with nightly flat file updates
• Show redemption history with specific products purchased
• Create and post custom banners upon request
• Send ad hoc push notifications for emergency policy changes
• Allow users to rate or leave feedback on the application
• Enable feedback submission for WIC approval recommendations
• Provide clinic locations and authorized vendor information
