Minnesota P-20 Education Partnership
Buyer seeks support for coordinating the Minnesota P-20 Education Partnership to improve education outcomes across the state. Buyer aims to improve economic and social mobility for all Minnesotans through enhanced education and workforce development initiatives. The partnership will bring together diverse stakeholders to strengthen Minnesota's education system from early childhood through career.

- Develop education policy recommendations for legislature and Governor's Office
- Produce annual report on accomplishments and ongoing priorities
- Facilitate statewide gatherings on P-20 education topics
- Implement equity strategies using MNP20 planning tools and assessment rubrics
- Convene partnership members for strategy development and knowledge sharing
- Support incubation of innovative practices through joint resource development
- Analyze education data trends from a multi-organizational P-20 perspective
- Collect and report on key statewide education and workforce indicators
- Provide testimony to the legislature as education advocates
- Engage students, families, and community members in partnership initiatives
- Serve as intermediary support for organizations working on P-20 projects
- Connect organizations, agencies, and institutions across shared priorities
- Track metrics related to academic readiness and statewide economy
- Close educational opportunity gaps for historically marginalized populations
- Strengthen transitions across the full learner lifespan
- Engage statewide and national content experts in MNP20's work
- Develop recommendations to strengthen Minnesota's data practices
- Convene subcommittees to implement specific projects and initiatives
- Monitor progress toward state postsecondary attainment goals
- Facilitate collaboration within and across education sectors
