Denton Independent School District

Buyer is seeking multiple vendors to provide Special Education Supplies, Equipment & Services on an as-needed basis district-wide. This is a Catalog/Discount RFP with indefinite quantities. Vendors shall provide pricing based on discounts from manufacturer price lists, fixed price lists, or a combination of both. The contract will initially run until June 2026 with four potential one-year renewals, potentially extending through June 2030.

• 4/30/2025 - Question Cut-Off Date
• 5/20/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/10/2025 - Board of Trustees Recommendation
• 6/30/2025 - Initial Term Start
• 6/30/2026 - Initial Term End
• 6/30/2030 - Final Term End

• Provide special education supplies on an as-needed basis
• Provide special education equipment on an as-needed basis
• Provide special education services on an as-needed basis
• Offer catalog-based pricing with specified discounts
• Support district-wide special education needs
• Maintain updated manufacturer price lists or catalogs
• Service multiple locations throughout the district
• Comply with local, state, federal, and grant requirements
• Submit all required bid attachments for consideration
• Maintain consistent service through potential 5-year contract
