• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Established office in Southern California
• Experience in Event Planning/Promotion and Event Management/Production
• Completed at least five similar projects within last 3 years
• Ability to secure Performance Bond for $500,000

• Develop event marketing and branding plans
• Create promotional materials and assets
• Provide media coordination and spokesperson management
• Produce promotional videos for social media
• Conduct community outreach and engagement
• Acquire and manage talent for performances
• Provide comprehensive event logistics and management
• Offer DJ and MC services for events
• Manage security staffing and crowd control
• Provide stage, sound, lighting, and visual production services
