• Qualification to conduct business in the City
• Minimum of three years experience providing community engagement services
• Not having been debarred by Federal, State or local government

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement plans
• Facilitate culturally responsive engagement activities like focus groups and meetings
• Plan and implement community events and educational workshops
• Organize virtual community outreach initiatives
• Compile and analyze data from community engagement activities
• Develop equitable communication plans for consistent community engagement
• Provide language translation and interpretation services
• Design and produce culturally relevant outreach materials
• Create promotional items for community events
• Provide support services like food and childcare for engagement activities
