Buyer is seeking professional services for the design and construction of a Public Safety Training Center. The project includes a health and wellness track, secured shooting range, two-story burn building, driver skills pad, and other training facilities. The contractor will be responsible for all phases from facility master planning through construction administration and project close-out. The site is a 7.5-acre vacant parcel at the Public Safety Building.
