Buyer seeks to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors to provide learning and development services to CalSTRS leaders and staff. Services will support the onsite organizational development program and learning strategies critical to CalSTRS strategic goals and priorities. Vendors will assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development activities supporting strategic plans. The pool may be established for up to five years, with two one-year options to extend.

• 5/6/2025 - Written Question Submittal Deadline

• Five years experience providing organizational development services
• Experience with industry-standard curricula development and facilitation
• Experience implementing training programs that improve existing professional development
• Three years experience mentoring public agency staff and leadership
• Experience creating effective communication materials for specific stakeholder groups
• Completion of CalSTRS DE&I Inclusion Vendor/Contractor Survey
• Three client references for Human Resources Training services

• Develop and implement organizational development activities supporting strategic plans
• Conduct training strategy and needs assessments
• Create training plans and content aligned with core values
• Deploy training and facilitate learning sessions
• Conduct performance assessments and evaluate program effectiveness
• Provide professional development training for staff
• Deliver diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) training
• Develop leadership development programs
• Provide innovation and AI training
• Deliver sustainability and compliance training
• Implement engagement and recognition programs
• Deliver change management training and support
