• Three years experience providing program evaluation services within last five years
• Two years experience directly engaging youth in youth program evaluations
• Experience designing and conducting program evaluations in at least three core areas
• All necessary permits, licenses, and professional credentials for specified services

• Analyze demographics and participation data from Kid Trax system and COST Tracker spreadsheet
• Prepare mid-year and final evaluation reports using Results Based Accountability format
• Manage youth survey process including setup, tracking, and analysis
• Conduct focused inquiry with methodology including focus groups and creative methods
• Provide evaluation technical assistance to REACH Leadership
• Support HSC division-wide evaluation project integration
• Design evaluation tools including surveys and focus group scripts
• Analyze data for Measure A and MHSA PEI reports
• Facilitate monthly technical assistance meetings
• Provide project management for all evaluation activities
