Buyer seeks strategic planning services to guide the creation of a forward-thinking multi-year strategic plan for their 10th anniversary. The buyer is an innovative, industry-connected educational program in partnership with Troup County School System and regional stakeholders. The project includes organizational assessment, stakeholder engagement, strategic plan development, and implementation support. The plan must reflect past achievements, honor CTAE foundation, center equity, and set new directions for the next 5-10 years.

• Develop strategies to close achievement gaps for underserved student populations
• Align programming with regional and national workforce trends
• Create measurable strategic priorities supporting CTAE innovation and educational equity
• Deliver multi-year implementation roadmap with defined metrics
• Analyze disaggregated student outcome data and pathway effectiveness
• Facilitate strategic visioning workshops with board and executive leadership
